We understand that your event is an important day for your company. That’s why we offer a wide range of services to make sure that day is unforgettable. We have been involved and planning events since 2015 and have a a great team.
Starting as The Little Events Company in 2023 we decided to start V1P Events to specialise in corporate books.
From selecting the right venues, to the best supplies, we are here to help you plan your event. Let us take the stress out of planning so you can enjoy your big day.

Meet the founders

A small team based in South Wales.

Sarah Ashe

Sarah has worked in events management since 2015. She is now a director of two events companies and has a passion for getting things just right. She is a champion of animal rights and is a committed vegetarian. Born and educated in Birmingham, she now lives in South Wales.

Wayne Ashe

Wayne has had various management and leadership roles in various organisations. With a strong customer background, he is co founder of V1P Events ltd. Wayne is passionate about environmental issues and is working to make V1P Events a leader in creating greener conferences.

Fluid Branding

With two conferences at The Celtic Manor, Newport and Whittlebury Manor, Siverstone.
We have been involved in there two day yearly events. Organising a team activity on the Friday Evening, Team Building on the Saturday and a themed awards night on the Saturday Evening.

Lidl Distribution, Bridgend

We have now organised seven events for Lidl, including 3 family fun days and 4 Christmas parties.

The Royal Mint, Bridgend

Again, we have been involved in multiple events for staff on site and an awards ceremony.
